About this course
The course does not assume that you have any prior knowledge of breath work or meditation. It can be enjoyed by anyone interested in developing present living, improving their health and mental health well-being by once again re-engaging with your instrumental self. Instrumental Living and Mental Health – Level 1 introduces the concept of breath and instinctual awareness within the day to day living. It looks at what mental health is from a energy body perspective and the main underlining causes of mental health occurrence, leading to become instinctively aware of our own body.
