Mental health is affecting us more than ever before, but though it may feel like modern living is the cause, modern pressures have only exacerbated the issue. Mental health has been declining for longer than you think. For centuries now, humans have transitioned to be led and ruled by the personality mind, living reactively.

This has a dramatic effect on the physical and energy systems in the body, creating an environment where stresses build, causing imbalances, and forcing our mindset to work in an entirely reactive state. This process happens without us knowing, but the effects are impossible to ignore and commonly begin as anxiety and then progress into more serious symptoms.

As we are all unique, stress develops in different ways for different personalities.

How can Instrumental Living Help?

The Instrumental Living Pathway for mental health gives you an understanding of how the Personality Mind and the Instrumental Mind operate. With this understanding, you’re able to see why mental stresses build in the first place and the effect they have on you.

You will start to re-establish an awareness of the Body System Intelligence (BSI), giving you the ability to listen and act on the body’s own guidance. This is fundamental to living instrumentally, to be able to self-manage, and to ultimately regain better health and wellbeing.
