The real benefit of a one-to-one session is that it’s entirely focused on you. Sessions can be based on or used for any aspect of your life. It also means rapid progress compared to what you can expect from a group class, when sharing that attention with others.

Each session is entirely dedicated to you, so there is no set structure or process. What you can expect is to finish your session with a new understanding and the tools you need to take with you.

3. Multiple Sessions

There are some areas that are difficult to condense into an hour. Multiple one-to-one sessions are available at a discounted rate of up to 20% off, and for a more cost-effective option you can explore my range of Academy Courses.
